Cookie Time!! These photos are from last weeks baking adventures. I have had the molasses sitting on the counter for well over a month when I finally decided it was time to back these amazing cookies. The recipe for My Ginger Cookies came from this amazing book Chewy Gooey Crispy Crunchy by, Alice Medrich. If you don't have this book, I suggest you buy it. It has so many amazing recipes--even gluten free versions. I was so thrilled with my results on the first try. Can't wait to try another recipe!
