Pork Dumplings

So a long while ago Trav and I decided to make pork dumplings.  We'd thought that this was going to be a challenging task for us but it turns out it was super easy!!  And you can always freeze some for later.  I don't have a specific recipe but I can tell you what we put in it.  I recommend googling pork dumplings and finding one with a good rating. We used ground pork, green onion, chinese cabbage, soy sauce, shitake mushrooms, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and one egg for binding... oh and don't forget about your wonton wrappers.  The shitakes really give these a great flavor.  Next time we'll try vegetarian.  Below are some photos of our creation.  Hopefully this will inspire you tonight!
